*Associate Attorney – Carlisle, PA (Criminal Defense & Gun Rights Restoration)*

Ambler Law Offices, LLC is a fast-growing, multi-office law firm serving clients across Virginia and Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a *full-time Associate Attorney* to join our *Carlisle, PA* office.

*About the Role:*
We are looking for a motivated *Criminal Defense Attorney* with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn the specialized area of *firearms and gun rights restoration law.* Candidates must be *licensed to practice in Pennsylvania* or have sat for the July 2025 PA Bar exam *(licensure expected October 2025)*.

While the position is focused on criminal defense, *family law experience is highly beneficial* and will be valued in the hiring process.

*Compensation:*

* Compensation range: *$90,000 – $175,000 depending on experience (salary plus commission).*
* Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly expanding practice

*Ideal Candidate Qualities:*

* Pennsylvania Bar admission (or pending October 2025 results)
* Experience with criminal defense work
* Interest in or willingness to learn gun rights restoration
* Family law background or experience is helpful
* Strong advocacy, communication, and writing skills
* Highly responsive/strong work ethic
* Desire to grow with a dynamic and expanding law firm
* Willingness to travel between: Cumberland, Adam, Franklin, Dauphin, York, and Adams county.
