About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO in a strategic and collaborative capacity. This high-impact role involves driving operational excellence, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be an extension of the CEO, promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration, and will be responsible for operationalizing strategic priorities, preparing for leadership communications, and managing high-impact projects. The Chief of Staff will also be a culture champion, identifying and removing roadblocks, and streamlining internal processes to improve organizational efficiency. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 5-10 years' of relevant experience, with a background in strategy consulting or operational leadership. Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel, strong storytelling, and communication skills are essential. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, the ability to drive outcomes with limited oversight, and a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence. While not mandatory, a background in DTC, fashion, or consumer brand environments, as well as experience with fast-growing, high-visibility teams or founder-led companies, is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, and will have a proven ability to build trust across teams and levels of leadership.
