About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff with an MBA to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and executive team, playing a pivotal role in the company's operating system. This high-impact position is ideal for a highly organized, self-starting individual with a proven track record in tracking and reporting on key metrics. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the OKR system, leading cross-functional check-ins, and ensuring the company is focused on outcomes. Additionally, the role involves identifying strategic gaps, running projects, and acting as a force multiplier to the CEO. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should be recent MBA graduates with 3-6 years' of prior work experience, preferably in consulting, project management, operations, or VC-backed startups. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with OKRs, dashboards, and cross-functional projects is essential, and a bias for action is a must. While not mandatory, an understanding of the healthcare or health tech space is a bonus. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a high-growth company and to influence its strategic direction.
