Job Description

A rare opportunity for a truly hands-on Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant who thrives in high-pressure, high-profile environments. This role demands a proven leader in executive support, someone with an instinct for anticipating needs, navigating complex demands, and operating with absolute discretion. You will be the strategic right-hand to a visionary founder, managing a dynamic cadence of priorities across business and personal spheres with precision, diplomacy, and speed.

The ideal candidate has supported a UHNW principal or equivalent global leader, seamlessly balancing meticulous organization with the gravitas to represent at the highest levels. You are equally adept at leading behind the scenes, orchestrating moving pieces across multiple teams, and safeguarding confidentiality at all times. This is a position for a consummate professional who finds purpose in enabling leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Complex Global Travel Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including private and commercial air, ground transportation, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics; anticipate changes and adjust plans in real time.
  2. High-Volume, Strategic Scheduling – Orchestrate an ever-changing executive calendar, balancing multiple priorities, time zones, and stakeholders while safeguarding critical executive time and ensuring flawless meeting execution.
  3. Executive Communications & Messaging – Draft, edit, and refine high-level correspondence, speeches, talking points, and presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring tone, style, and message align with executive vision.
  4. Media & Press Liaison – Serve as a trusted point of contact for press inquiries, media relations, and public statements; coordinate closely with PR teams to manage brand image and executive visibility.
  5. Enterprise-Wide Liaison – Act as a central communication hub between the executive, leadership teams, and all employees, fostering clear information flow, alignment, and responsiveness across the organization.
  6. External Relationship Management – Represent the executive with poise and professionalism to board members, government officials, corporate partners, VIPs, and other high-profile stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced studies or leadership-focused education a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years supporting senior leadership or managing high-level business operations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal abilities, with the presence and polish to engage confidently with global leaders, VIPs, and media.
  • Proven track record handling sensitive information with absolute discretion, tact, and sound decision-making under pressure.
  • Exceptional skill in balancing multiple priorities, orchestrating complex schedules, and driving projects to completion with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools

This is an onsite position at our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

Salary range is DOE at $175,000-$200,000 base
