BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator for an opportunity with our client
Role: Event Coordinator
Location: Redmond, WA ( 100% Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Candidate Requirements:
“ The ideal candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, and, given the extremely fast pace of the team, must be masterful at prioritizing and executing quickly with high energy and a professional attitude. This person must have high integrity and be able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Recruiting support, administrative, and or event planning experience is a plus.”
• Project management a plus.
• Experience with iCIMS a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite a plus
Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 0-2 years; entry-level, suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Microsoft Office proficiency – Minimum: basic familiarity, ideally some hands-on experience.
2. Team coordination/support experience – Minimum: any exposure to team-based admin or event support roles.
3. On-site event coordination – Minimum: experience or comfort with in-person event logistics/support.
