Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility on the days based on the candidate's availability. The client is looking for a three or four-day-a-week schedule.

Hours: Typically, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, three days per week (or four). Additional hours may be available depending on mutual needs and flexibility

Employment Type: Part-Time (there may be the possibility of a full-time schedule).

Current Staff: Housekeeper 2x a week and Property Manager

Overview

An active family of four in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to manage a 7,500 sq ft home with a pool house, alongside existing staff. The role focuses heavily on laundry and wardrobe care, full-charge cleaning, and ensuring the home is impeccably organized and guest-ready. Ideal candidates are proactive, discreet, and flexible, with strong vendor coordination skills and availability for part-time or full-time hours.

Job Requirements

Laundry/Wardrobe Care

• Skilled with high-end clothing, ironing, valet work, dry cleaning, and seasonal rotation

Light Cleaning

• Light cleaning duties across the home

· Knowledge of handling high-end upholstery/drapes/china/silver.

Household Management

• Responsible for inventory, home supplies, groceries, and toiletries.
• Managing packages/mail/returns and groceries/toiletries. groceries/toiletries.
• Maintain organization and make the home guest-ready
• Vendor management, work with the Property Manager
• Keeping the car gassed up, interiors/exteriors cleaned (calling detail company to set up times)

Candidate Qualities

• Self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage vendors effectively

Requirements

• Driver’s License with a car
