Operations Manager – Fire Suppression

$120,000 – $150,000 + Career Progression + Local Territory + Growing company + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with fire suppression services experience, looking for the opportunity to take full ownership of a growing organizations operations and play a major role in the company’s success?

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior management role where you’ll oversee all aspects of operations, from service and installation to inspections and sales, while building and developing a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, managing P&L performance, and leading strategic business initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the Philadelphia metro area. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to make a lasting impact on the growth, culture, and long-term success of the business.

This role would suit an experienced General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager from the fire suppression or related life safety services industry, looking to step up and lead a company through its next phase of growth.

The Role:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for operations, service, inspections, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and all applicable industry standards and local codes.
• Mentor and develop staff including technicians, supervisors, and sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

The Person:

• Proven leadership experience in fire suppression, fire protection, or a related life safety industry.
• Operations, service, or project management background
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of leading successful teams.
• NICET certification is highly preferred
