Job Title: PeopleSoft Federal Financials Functional Consultant
Role: Federal Financial Management Functional Lead – Budget Formulation & Execution
Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid - Mostly remote but need to be available to be onsite for an occasional meeting

We are seeking a Budget Formulation & Execution Lead with deep expertise in federal budgeting processes. This role focuses on understanding and documenting unique client requirements for both budget formulation and execution, supporting future system design and modernization efforts. Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering for budget formulation and execution processes
Document unique client needs and rationalize existing customizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution-agnostic documentation
Provide subject matter expertise in federal budgeting practices
Support planning and implementation of future budgeting systems Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in federal budget formulation and execution
Strong understanding of federal financial regulations and budgeting workflows
Experience with PeopleSoft budgeting modules is a strong plus
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
