Company Overview
- Founded in 1998, LCI works to create genuine relationships with everyone we interact with. Our focus is to see clients as more than a business, but as real people with real struggles. We will be a resource to them through experience, creativity and scrappy problem solving. Our method is to open all paths, present all opportunities, and never close a door that could lead to potential success for our clients.
- LCI is founded on 6 Core Values. Everything that we do is funneled through the lens of these core values. Failure to embrace and represent these values in your work life will greatly limit your ability for advancement and may affect your longevity with the company as well.
- Relationship (Principal Core Value): Building a genuine, empathic relationship with our clients and team members. It matters to us to understand what they go through so they know we truly care about them and their business. Guarding and building relationships in the office; not through peace and harmony, but vulnerability, honesty, and openness.
- All In: Defining the company as your own, that you are responsible for the health and continuation of growth of LCI. No one else is responsible for it but you.
- Initiative: Actively and intentionally analyzing and being attentive to the business’ health and operations. Being able to recognize the gaps and fill them, regardless if it’s emptying the trash, sweeping the floor, or answering a Request for Evidence.
- Courage: Being willing to tell the client what they need to hear for their benefit, even if it’s uncomfortable. Choosing to step into situations that will not be comfortable for you, but must happen for the good of the company. Saying the unsaid to keep the relationships around you whole.
- Scrappiness: Be resourceful. “No” is rarely the answer. Find a moral and legal remedy for every roadblock. Exhaust every option for success, even at the expense of your own energy. We CANNOT fail a client.
- Fun: Work hard and play hard. Be a part of team gatherings and light-hearted moments. Don’t be a grump.
Team Structure
- You will operate within a larger team that works collaboratively and functions as a resource for brainstorming and problem-solving issues that arise.
- Each visa type that we process has a Coordinator that oversees the Account Managers that process said visas.
- We NEVER use the phrase, “I wasn’t hired for that.” or “That’s not my job.” We are a TEAM and we treat this place as such, including taking out the trash if necessary. We are interdependent on each other and that’s what sets us apart.
- We believe that everything is FIGUREOUTABLE! Do not sweet it under the rug. We have an open-door policy that’s so unique and strong that we welcome hearing about a mistake that was made. This allows the team to act quickly to remedy the situation to ensure that we never fail a client. This also provides a great opportunity for the team to learn and grow from these mistakes to avoid them in the future.
