Project Manager (Residential Construction)

We're looking for a motivated, experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help bring high-quality homes to life.

In this role, you'll manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. All labor is performed 100% by subcontractors, and your leadership will ensure jobs stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and reflect the culture and expectations of JC Jackson Homes.

What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day jobsite activity and subcontractor performance across assigned homes
• Represent and communicate the JC Jackson Homes culture on each jobsite
• Manage punch-out tasks and final details to prepare homes for closing
• Conduct lot walks with homeowners and/or sales team
• Enforce and model safe work practices in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Maintain accurate build schedules and approve invoices/payments in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• 4 - 7 years of residential construction experience or equivalent field leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and jobsite safety
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
