Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 3 5 years of experience to support our growing internal Salesforce team. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce functionality, particularly within Experience Cloud, and supporting a large-scale data migration initiative across hundreds of offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and modify existing Flows and automation; no new trigger development required.
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure integrity across Salesforce objects.
  • Manage user access, security settings, and permission sets.
  • Support reporting and dashboard creation based on the Salesforce data model.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including customer support, developers, and business leads.
  • Assist with Experience Cloud portals (Customer, Partner, Employee Intranet, Account Management).
  • Participate in triage and support for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Work closely with Solution Architect and VP of Product on day-to-day operations and iterative requirement gathering.

Project Scope

  • Support a nationwide CRM migration: 3,000 offices, migrating 50 every 2 4 weeks.
  • Help implement strategic changes identified by Nextek leadership.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of Salesforce development and deployment.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, preferred if they have used Experience Cloud and Salesforce Core but not required
  • Familiarity with Flow, and Salesforce Data
  • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
  • Excellent communication and patience in a collaborative, iterative environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification preferred
