  • Partner with Product Owners to groom and prioritize backlogs aligned with cloud and infrastructure modernization goals.
  • Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Promote self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the team and stakeholders.
  • Track and manage team velocity and sprint burndown charts.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure that the team has a clear understanding of the sprint goals and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
  • In-depth understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Octopus).
  • Experience delivering infrastructure-centric Agile projects (preferably on AWS/on-prem).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA (or equivalent Agile project management tools).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Kafka is highly desirable.
