Job Description: Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Okta Administrator to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and security of our Okta Identity Platform, including Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), API Access management, and Identity Governance (IG). This role is critical to ensuring secure, complaint, and scalable identity solutions across our enterprise and customer-facing applications. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize Okta tenants for both workforce and customer identity use cases Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication across internal and external applications Integrate applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and API-based methods Configure and enforce Identity Governance policies, including access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles Monitor and respond to security alerts, suspicious logins, and identity-related threats Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to align identity architecture with Zero Trust and compliance frameworks Support CIAM initiatives, including user registration flows, consent management, and secure customer access Maintain documentation, conduct audits, and support regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX) Automate identity workflows using Okta Workflows & Terraform Required Qualifications Okta Certified Administrator with current and relevant experience with Okta architecting and implementation. Resource must have current experience with Okta WIC, CIAM, Workflows, Identity Governance, API, and Custom Authoritative Servers Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field 8+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, including WIC and CIAM Strong understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and directory services (AD / Entra, LDAP) Experience with Identity Governance, access certification, and policy enforcement Familiarity with SIEM tools, security incident response, and identity threat detection Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, GDPR) Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer IAM architecture.
