Overview U.S. Citizenship is Required We are recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Admin (Developer) to support, develop for, and sustain the client’s instance of Salesforce CRM. Analyze requirements, build consensus around objectives, clarify issues both verbally and in writing, and interface with stakeholders to ensure success of project objectives. Responsibilities Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: SFDC configurations and administration. Customization of standard and custom objects using the Force.com platform. Contribute to data integration and management procedures to keep data within SFDC updated at regular intervals. Requirements analysis and development planning in coordination with Senior Developer and Project Manager. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions in collaboration with Senior Developers. Experience working with customers to develop requirements in a way that benefits the customer within the limitations of Salesforce. Experience leading teams of other developers in the implementation of said requirements including scheduling, testing, and deployment. Interface and develop new requirements with project and customer staff and integrate those requirements into existing project planning. Provide training to SFDC users on basic system functions, workflows and procedures, and helpful product features. Work with a team of technical resources to design, develop (hands-on), and maintain workflows, taskers, and associated data uploads/upcerts. Participate in face-to-face meetings with client staff to help evangelize new systems and train users on new features. Prepares SFDC reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends within SFDC. Create professional documents to communicate program elements to those outside the project. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. The candidate should have experience working with the following technologies: Salesforce Platform: Comfortability reading and editing Apex Classes (Controllers, Test Classes, etc.) Triggers Able to edit Visualforce pages Roles & Profiles Understanding Sharing Rules and Sharing Settings Understanding of setting up integrations into Salesforce Single-Sign On setup Inbound/Outbound Changesets Understanding Objects within the data model Experience with Chatter Content Management using Salesforce Knowledge Knowledge standard set-up and implementation Create Articles and Article Types Set-up article permissions and sharing Classic: Understanding of Libraries and Files Experience with Lightning implementation: Create Lightning Record Pages Page customization Highlights Progress bars Components Create Quick Actions Able to create workflows (FLOW, Process Builder, workflow) Customize APP launcher Reports & Dashboard creation and customization Migrating Data: Mastered SFDC DataLoader Data comparisons and checks, MS Excel (Vlookups, equations, understand excel anomalies) Understand Object relationship data model Training Comfortability presenting to groups Create training documentation (MS PowerPoint click-ology, desk guides, etc.) Analysis: Able to turn requirements into solutions Suggest solutions to close process gaps Document process and solution Day-to-Day Support Salesforce Users Support requests through Email, Chatter, etc. User creation Complete assigned Tasks Assignments via JIRA Basic JIRA knowledge and/or navigation (not required) Take initiative to find where things can be improved Education/Experience: BA/BS, preferably in Computer Science or in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), is required (or 7 years documented experience in addition to the requirements within this description). Candidate should have 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce development (force.com or salesforce.com) and 3+ years of Salesforce.com Administration experience.
