Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, experienced Plumber to perform a wide range of plumbing service work
for commercial buildings, office spaces, retail environments, multi-family units, and residential homes. This
role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and
delivering top-tier service to a variety of customers.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, replace, and install plumbing systems for commercial and residential applications
Troubleshoot water, sewer, and gas piping systems
Ability to excavate and lay new piping at proper slope and backfill
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on existing plumbing systems
Install and service water heaters, fixtures, pumps, backflow devices, and piping
Work with piping materials including PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron, and galvanized steel
Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations
Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining clear communication with customers and office
staff
Ensure all work is performed to code and in compliance with safety standards
Assist in all areas of residential and commercial contract plumbing installations
Job Qualifications 3 - 5 years of plumbing experience (commercial and/or residential preferred)
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Ability to solder/braze copper on larger piping applications a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
