Job Description
Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to several residential real estate appraisers. This is a full time Monday through Friday position with benefits available after eligibility requirements have been met. Previous real estate, mortgage or title experience would be helpful, but not necessary. Targeted start date of October 1, 2025.
Duties:
Ø Order entry and maintenance.
Ø Navigate various county and industry related websites to gather pertinent information.
Ø Make outgoing phone calls to schedule client appointments.
Ø Update and maintain multiple Outlook calendars.
Ø General office support such as word processing, filing, scanning, etc. on a limited or “as needed” basis.
Ø Review and process appraisals for sending to clients.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ø Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize productivity.
Ø Quick learner with a willingness and ability to learn industry specific software. Team player who is willing to cross train to ensure necessary office support tasks can be completed on any given day.
