OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The Marketing Chief of Staff for BioLife serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Global Head of Marketing, ensuring organizational success through seamless execution of marketing strategies and operational excellence. This role focuses on driving leadership priorities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing team effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will lead planning and governance forums, foster a high-performing team culture, and implement robust business processes to enable efficient strategy deployment and measurable outcomes. Through proactive partnership with senior leaders and a relentless focus on improvement, they will identify and advance key opportunities to ensure the BioLife marketing organization delivers exceptional results.

$174,500.00 - $274,230.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position . T he actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors , including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. ? The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
