Job Responsibilities: Engage proactively with customers and provide exceptional service in a busy retail environment. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred) Skills and Attributes: A passion for customer satisfaction and advocacy. A team player who enjoys collaborating and learning from others. A competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in sales. As a Mobile Associate, you will receive thorough on-the-job training with an hourly training pay of $5.00 during your first 90 days. Once training is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to promote to a Mobile Expert role with potential annual incentives of up to $18,000 based on your performance.
