Job Overview As a Mobile Associate, you will play a key role in the Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic retail locations. Your ability to engage with customers is essential for success. You will be the face of our technology solutions, creating excitement around our products and fostering meaningful connections with customers. By building and strengthening relationships, you will ensure customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding performance targets. Your Responsibilities: Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools and effective communication to showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Utilize solution-based selling techniques to identify customer needs and demonstrate how T-Mobile products and services meet those needs. Educate and assist customers in utilizing the T-Mobile app for self-service solutions during the onboarding process. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and systems. Work collaboratively with nearby team members to onboard customers effectively. Build rapport with customers through friendly and engaging interactions, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Follow up with customers to capture referrals and manage relationships. Ensure kiosk security by managing keys and reporting any lost items to your manager. Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Your Skills: A passion for customer advocacy with a friendly demeanor. A strong desire to be part of a dynamic team, sharing best practices and learning together. A competitive spirit with the confidence to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. As a Mobile Associate, you'll receive a starting pay of $16.50 plus $5.00 per hour in training pay, with opportunities for advancement and an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, including base pay and incentives.
